The staff holiday planner has a main monthly view that lets's you set, view, and comment on staff leave requests.
The employee view lets you setup employees and their leave entitlements, as well as seeing their overall leave balances.
Leave codes are fully customisable, allowing you to create and manage your own leave types.
Additional security is provided to allow employees to see a read-only view of team leave.
Individual reports can be generated for each employee, showing their leave requests and balances.

Which versions of Excel does the planner work with?

The planner works with desktop versions of Excel on Windows. It does not work with Mac versions of Excel or Excel online.

Can we try before we buy?

Yes, we offer a free demo version of the planner that you can download and try out. The demo allows you to try the planner for 31 days.

What happens after we purchase the planner?

After purchasing the planner, you will automatically receive a download link via email. You can then download the planner and start using it immediately.

What countries are included with the built in national holiday dates?

We support national holidays in over 20 countries, including Australia, Bahrain, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, Canada, Cyprus, Greece, Guernsey, Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Lebanon, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Qatar, Saint Lucia, South Africa, Trinidad and Tobago, the Turks and Caicos Islands, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and Vanuatu. If your country is missing, please reach out to us.

Is there a monthly cost?

No, each planner is designed to cover a 12 month period and is a one-off purchase. There are no monthly fees or subscriptions. Each year you would purchase a new planner for that year.

Does the planner use VBA macros?

The planner uses VBA macros to provide enhanced functionality and a better user experience. Macros allow for features such as custom menus, easier data entry, and automated reporting that would be difficult to achieve with standard Excel functions alone.
