The Staff Leave Planner provides a simple way to manage staff leave such as holiday, sickness, training and more as well as provide you with detailed leave reports.
How to Purchase and Download the Planner
The planner is bought online and is digitally downloaded, so you can be up and running within minutes. When you purchase the planner an email is sent to you containing a unique link which you can use to download the planner. If you are unable to pay online we can arrange for an invoice to be raised and payment to be sent via a cheque or bank transfer, to do this please contact our support team.
Each planner purchased permits you to use and maintain one copy of the planner throughout your organisation. If you would like to use more than one copy of the planner then we can arrange this for you. Please contact support with details of your requirements.

Please note that since Monday 29th August 2016 we are VAT registered so all prices will include the current VAT rate of 20%.

In order to run the planner please ensure that you meet the following system requirements:
- Any Windows Based PC (Windows XP onwards)
- Microsoft Excel 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, or 2016
Please note that the planner requires VBA macros to be enabled therefore it will not work in the following scenarios:
- Any versions of Excel running on Mac Operating Systems
- Web Based Office (However Office 365 launched via the Desktop will work)
