dhxsoft aims to correspond to all emails within 2 working days. However, some periods of the year are busier than others (e.g the start of the year when a lot of staff leave planners are purchased). Your email is important to us and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

As we offer free support, we need to prioritise any queries we get. If you have a question (e.g "What is the password to the planner?"), please check the Frequently Asked Questions as it is likely the question has been answered before.
